The PAGB Competition Entry and Federation Management System (CES)

CMS Login

This is the primary way of accessing PAGB online Services (Competition Entry, Competition Results, Catalogues & Galleries, Recorded Lectures, Documents and Forms, Event Tickets and Judge and Lecture Lists). Press the CMS Login button, enter your email and password and click 'Submit'.

APM Login

If you are currently in the process of entering an APM (Awards for Photographic Merit), or have recently participated in an APM and are looking for your results, press the APM Login button.

New Accounts and Lost Passwords

To register a new 'CMS' user account, press the CMS Login button, enter your details and then click on the light blue 'Register' button. To maintain security, the system only accepts personal email addresses. Anonymous, shared or club generic email address are not permitted.
You can only complete registration of a new account, and then log in fully, after responding to the confirmation message sent to the email stated in your registration.
If you have lost, or do not have a password yet, but are registered on the system, press the CMS login button, click on the orange 'Password Reset' button and enter your email.

Previous Accounts and Duplicated Authors

If you have previous competition entry records that are no longer accessible through your account, we can merge old records into your account at your request. Please use the Contact Us link at the top of the page.

Browser Compatibility

This website has been tested on desktop versions of Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox and MS Edge. It may not work correctly on other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, tablets and mobile phones. If you are having problems with this online management system, please use the Contact Us option at the top of the screen.
